About the GG

We are a group of people who are dedicated to great coffee and to this unique community that we are blessed to call home. Our name reflects who we are because we desire to Gather together Indian Lake residents and visitors whether they are just looking for a cup of coffee or some time with friends and neighbors. Our hope is that people will use these Gathering Grounds to connect and renew.

 

Our Mission

We desire to serve: serve great coffee, serve our community, and serve God. As an outreach of the Indian Lake Community Church and the Lighthouse at Indian Lake, the proceeds from the operation of our coffee shop will be reinvested into our outreach efforts into the Indian Lake community to help those in need and to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a world in need.

Gathering in our Common Grounds Comunity Room

Looking for an off-site location around Indian Lake to hold your special meeting or event? The Gathering Grounds coffee shop meeting space holds up to 20 comfortably. Technology includes a projector for presenting and viewing presentations, free wi-fi, and special packages of drinks and light food to keep your team energized and focused.

A Heart for Serving God

The volunteers are the heart and soul of the Gathering Grounds Coffee Shop. Their dedication and joy in service help sustain our shop and deliver profits back to God through the community.  Our volunteers work the cash register taking orders, whip up of delicious coffee, create an environment of fellowship, and most importantly give of their time and talents to deliver a great coffee experience for you!
